Regatta updates

Training update

With the current state of the river we have decided to cancel this Saturday’s training session. There is a lot of water flowing, and after rain like this there are often submerged obstacles in the water, so the safest thing for now is to cancel.  Sorry for any inconvenience!

We will reassess the situation on Tuesday morning and advise accordingly.

Also, big thanks to Peter A, Lofty, Cheryl and Vic who went down to the clubhouse last night and moved relevant things to higher ground as we inevitably had water through the boat shed. Future clean-up day TBA.

Point Wolstoncroft Regatta

Our next race was scheduled for this Sunday, March 6 at Point Wolstoncroft on the Central Coast. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing weather situation the Point Wolstoncroft Regatta has had to be cancelled by DBNSW.

NSW State Championships

We haven’t had a good run lately with being able to attend Regattas so let’s make the upcoming State Championships our biggest and best squad yet and turn Saturday the 30th April into a day to remember.

We still have plenty of time to train so jump on Team App now and join the NSW State Championship squad! New members are welcome to be part of the squad if they can commit to training between now and then. In fact, anyone who indicates an interest in being part of the state squad really needs to commit to training. Let's put a really competitive team together!

Expressions of interest for Pan Pacific Masters Games

While our motivation is high, we are also calling for expressions of interest to put a squad together to attend the Pan Pacific Masters Games, to be held on the Gold Coast 4-13 November 2022.
